In this day and age of Equality and Diversity (E&D), all employers must ensure that they have policies in place to enable their employees to be themselves. In other words, employees should be treated with respect and consideration, no matter what they want to do, within reason.
As Druids we normally approach situations with consideration for all, before attempting to resolve any issues. This means we must appreciate our employers requirement as well as our own.
With this in mind, below are suggested areas that we could inform employers of, so that they are in a position to appreciate our spiritual and practical requirements, enabling them to enhance their E&D policies.
