Awen (Welsh, roughly "flowing inspiration") is the word most modern Druid orders use for the inspiration sought in ritual, poetry and craft. The three rays /|\ are its common symbol, popularised by Iolo Morganwg in the late 18th century; that pedigree is known and does not bother most of us.

In practice: chanted three times ("Ah-oo-en"), sung, or held silently before creative work.
